This policy explains what personal data we receive when you use the peakwellness.uz website and the @peakwellnes_bot Telegram bot, why we need it and how you can control it. We process data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

What data we receive

When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, order comment, order contents and total, and your chosen language. If you order through Telegram, also your Telegram ID, name and username. We receive your Telegram phone number only if you tap “Use my Telegram number” yourself.

To protect against spam, the server briefly takes into account the IP address an order was sent from. We do not store it with the order.

Your cart and chosen language are stored only in your browser (localStorage). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers.

Why

Only to fulfil your order: confirm availability, arrange delivery or pickup, send a QR code for payment and keep you informed about the order status. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Legal basis

By placing an order, you consent to the processing of this data for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to or calling us.

Who sees the data

Managers of Sole proprietor Duysenov Ramil Bakhbergenovich who handle orders. The courier receives the name, phone and address needed for delivery. Order notifications are sent via the Telegram messenger.

Storage and security

Data is kept as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet accounting and tax requirements, then deleted. Only staff who work with orders have access to the data. The website uses secure HTTPS.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To do so, contact us: +998 95 870 88 68 . We will reply within 10 working days.
